Community of Practice
Our goal is to design a community of mental health professionals to share best practices, identify tools available to enhance knowledge of evidence-based practices, and provide opportunities for professionals to network with one another to enhance referrals and knowledge of available community resources.
PracticeWise
We have purchased an allotted amount of PracticeWise licenses in an effort to provide support professionals in our community with tools that can inform their work with youth. In discussion with our Planning Group, we want to intentionally distribute this tool throughout Winnebago and Boone Counties. By completing our PracticeWise Interest Form you will be indicating interest, on behalf of your organization, to receive access to:
- MATCH SUBSCRIPTION provides tools to inform practice of professionals for therapy for children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems.
- MATCH FULL COURSE consists of four online learning modules that include instructional videos and progress questions to prepare users to navigate the MATCH Subscription. A continuing education certificate is available for download after successful completion of the course.
